Randi M. Quick, RN
Owner, Hudson Valley Beauty Lab & Medi Spa • RN, Certified in Botox & Fillers • Certified Microblading Brow Artist • Advanced Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Specialist
As a lifetime resident, I am thrilled to bring Hudson Valley Beauty Lab and Medi Spa to Newburgh, NY. Through my dual career expertise as a Registered Nurse and Certified Microblading Artist, I am excited to merge both of my passions under one roof. While doing business as Brow Archery by Randi Marie, I was one of the first brow artists to bring Nano Microblading to the Hudson Valley. As a result, I have been fortunate to work with over 500 clients and counting.
HVBL continues to grow, we brought in Oxy-Geneo by Lumenis and PROCELL Microchanneling. We recently brought in Lumenis Stellar M22, adding to my specialized list of services which include Botox, Dysport, and lip and dermal fillers, while still providing Nano Microblading. I received dual certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector through Empire Medical Training in NYC, and a Microblading Certification from Advanced Microblading Academy while studying under the world-renowned Katie Dang.
Continued Education is extremely important to me as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, I’m currently enrolled in ongoing advanced trainings both in person and online. Thus far, I have completed several hours in person with National and Esteemed Nurse and PA Injectors who have pioneered in this field. Mentorship is something I value for my own skill and knowledge, so much so, I recently began a “mentorship program” of my own. In addition to practicing myself, I am now offering new Nurse Injectors a support program and mentorship which will help guide them as they begin their journey in this field.
Nursing has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Entering into the realm of Aesthetics in the last 3 years has been a dream come true. There is absolutely nothing I am more passionate about than helping fellow women and men feel more confident about themselves.

I am a New York State Licensed Esthetician at HVBL. Before exploring the world of skincare, I started my career in a medical supervisory position which I held for over 13 years. Although I loved what I did, I knew there was more for me out there. I believe that true beauty begins within, but healthy glowing skin starts with professional skin therapy and smart at-home skin maintenance. My goal is to help you gain a renewed sense of confidence in your skin. I love working one on one with my clients to help you achieve long-term skin health. Most people tell me I’m very easy to talk to and I pride myself in that skill set. I will forever strive to make my clients feel comfortable and confident when they are in my treatment room. I welcome all skincare questions and encourage you to ask away! After all, knowledge IS power.
Donna Fanning, LE
Licensed Esthetician
Donna has worked in some of the most well known day spa's in the Hudson Valley such as Wellness Springs and Buttermilk Day Spa. Trained at the Hudson Valley School Of Advanced Esthetics she has 20+ years in the industry. In the last 12 years Donna has owned and operated Complexions Skin Therapy in a private location. Missing the community environment Donna has decided to open her availability and provide services out of HVBL. She has experience in a wide array of soothing yet purposeful services including Reflexology (trained and certified at the Omega Institute under Bob Wolf).
John Ventrudo, MD
Dr. Ventrudo joined New York Spine Institute in 2018 as a Pain Management Specialist performing interventional procedures and the medical management of pain. He is also a certified acupuncturist and has extensive experience in treating sports and spine-related injuries. As an interventional pain medicine physician, Dr. Ventrudo takes a multidisciplinary approach to provide a full range of treatments and services to patients suffering from chronic or acute pain. This philosophy fits perfectly with NYSI’s comprehensive approach to patient care.
He is highly skilled in performing procedures to alleviate pain such as joint injections, nerve blocks, and facet injections using fluoroscopy. This imaging technique helps identify and isolate specific areas of pain for more targeted and precise treatment that is more comfortable for patients.
A retired Commissioned Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve, Dr. Ventrudo previously was the Medical Director at his alma mater, New York Maritime College, where he served as the team physician for all varsity sports.
Dr. Ventrudo belongs to numerous professional medical organizations, including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, and the New York Society of Acupuncture for Physicians and Dentists. He received his medical training at Montefiore Medical Center’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program and completed a Neuromuscular/Pain Fellowship at New York University Medical Center as well as a surgical internship at a level one trauma center. He earned his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Dublin Ireland.
At last, Dr. Ventrudo also has aesthetic experience. He has experience serving as a supervising medical director for med spas helping each patient reach their cosmetic goals. He is knowledgeable on all aesthetic treatments and protocols.
