That’s Hudson Valley Beauty Lab & Medi Spa: a medical aesthetics clinic in Newburgh, born from passion, inspired by the joy of seeing clients thrive, and driven by a determination to settle for nothing less than the best.
History
Randi Quick, RN, always knew she wanted to be a nurse. But it took courage to chase that dream—so much so that she didn’t feel ready to enroll in college until she was 29. To her own surprise, she thrived, earning stellar grades and landing on the Dean’s List again and again. It was the first of many moments when Randi discovered she was braver, and more capable, than she’d ever imagined.
About five years into her nursing career, a chance affiliation with an online makeup brand opened an unexpected door—and Randi fell headlong in love with the beauty industry. Eager to explore this new passion, she trained as a microblading artist, immersing herself in advanced courses, earning certification after certification, and ultimately opening a studio of her own in Newburgh, NY. She was drawn to the energy of it all: the creativity of the work, the impact she could have on clients and their confidence, and the joy that filled her space each day.
As her love for the industry deepened, Randi saw a way to bring her two worlds together. She returned to her nursing roots, expanding her education and training into injectables and advanced skin treatments—blending clinical expertise with an artist’s eye. Her offerings grew, her clientele grew, and in 2021 she moved into a larger, brighter home on Liberty Street in the heart of Newburgh.
In 2025, Hudson Valley Beauty Lab took its next big step, relocating to the Newburgh Riverfront and expanding into a 2,000-square-foot space overlooking the Hudson. The elevated setting gave the business room to grow—more privacy, more treatment rooms, and space to welcome new services and providers. Most of all, it created something Randi had always envisioned: a quiet, peaceful, sanctuary-like environment where clients can relax, decompress, and truly savor their visit.

HVBL is a boutique luxury aesthetic practice in located alongside the Hudson River in Newburgh, NY, offering a place where you can enjoy an elevated and intimate journey to beautiful skin and elevated self-confidence.

An extremely valuable opportunity to get to know you, discuss your overall concerns, and make sure that Hudson Valley Beauty Lab & Medi Spa is the right place to help you achieve your goals. If we’re a great fit, your provider will put together a custom, personalized treatment plan that takes your goals from “one of these days” to here and now.
