As the business grows we must implement changes in order to better provide to our patients. The services we provide don’t end when you walk out the door.
We pride ourselves in the relationships we’ve developed and very much want the best for our patients… before, during and after treatment.
In order to streamline communication we are asking our patients to utilize a new phone number for TEXT communication. Whether a general inquiry, a question about your past or upcoming treatments, what products should you use or to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Please do not use social media as a means of communication if you are inquiring about the schedule, an appointment or something of importance. Please continue to like, comment, share and have your candid conversations with the team via DM!
This will allow for better organization of our 100s of conversations and ensure a timely, accurate response to your inquiries and questions. Randi and the team will directly monitor these messages as always.
We understand this will require a transition, especially for our long term, die hard patients who’ve been with us since day one.
AI integration
We are integrating a little assistance from AI. This AI assistance pertains to text message communication. If you want an immediate, direct response during business hours, feel free to call us.
At times during the day but mainly after hours, you may come in contact with our AI Assistant when texting. Don’t worry! This AI Assistant is not a replacement, we still very much love, appreciate and prioritize human to human contact and we are still here for you!
Don’t underestimate this AI though. Its fully integrated with Vagaro and your Vagaro account, it actually serves a purpose. You’ll be able to do the following when and if you encounter the AI Assistant:
- Cancel, schedule or reschedule an appointment
- Ask when a provider has availability
- Add yourself to a waitlist
- Inquire about your previous treatments, products purchased or when your next appointments scheduled. It will give you a detailed list with dates.
- If you need aftercare reminders, ask.
- Need to know the cost of treatment? It will provide the standard pricing for our treatments.
- If it cannot assist, it will put you in contact with us.
The purpose of AI is not to replace any one of us or disconnect us from our patients, that will never change! The goal is to filter various forms of communication into one central point which will allow us to serve you better.
The business continues to grow, with big things coming in the near future (STAY TUNED). Its paramount that we find ways to better communicate with our patients to ensure consistent and AAA customer service.

- 1 (877) 558-5079: Please utilize this number to communicate via text message. Randi and the team will monitor this number during and after business hours and respond accordingly. When we are not immediately available our system will assist in whatever way it can until we are available again. This number should be utilized for anything pertaining to the business, your appointments and services.
